The strategy for educational aims and outcomes of department:

1.Pursuit, approbation and operating Master of science in nursing with special tendencies of Rehabilitation Nursing and Gerontology and Nursing PhD

2.Training graduated human resources in Master of sciences and PhD program who is undertaker, conversant and savant to nursing sciences foundations and literatures and familiar to advanced research methods and active in educational, researching and management aspects to exhibit nursing services in different levels of medical and health service systems in country.

3.Improvement level of knowledge, attitude and performance of welfare organization and rehabilitation centers personnel by continued education to exhibit nursing services in different levels of medical and health services.
