Aims

The Department of Gerontology aims to promote, maintain and restore health and prevent disability in elderly population. We are going to undertake the best practice in education and research in a progressive and supportive environment for both educators and students.

Our vision is to prepare the highest quality gerontology students. Our mission is to introduce students with the latest world knowledge of gerontology and to perform innovative research.

Toward achieving the aforementioned vision and mission, our department members work incredibly hard to provide excellent research and dynamic education. Throughout this aim we work in collaboration with other universities at national and international levels.
