A seminar titled "Familiarization with New Challenges in Substance Addiction and Emerging Addictions" will be held on December 8 at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences. Organized by Substance Abuse and Dependenc Research Center, this one-day event aims to explore recent advancements in both chemical and behavioral addictions, specifically targeting healthcare professionals, including doctors, psychiatrists, and psychologists.

The Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences congratulated on Nurse Day and the birthday of Hazrat Zainab (peace be upon her), introducing nurses as compassionate pioneers in serving the health of the community.

According to a report from The University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences (USWR), a specialized scientific meeting was between the USWR and the Welfare Organization. During this meeting, it was agreed to establish a memorandum of understanding between the Welfare Organization and the USWR to lay the groundwork for enhanced cooperation and interaction.

Dr. Mohammad Ali Mohseni Bandpei, Chair of the Physiotherapy Department and Research Center for Musculoskeletal Neuromuscular Disorders at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, recently shared his insights from a trip to Pakistan where he delivered a keynote speech titled "Impaired Motor Control, Low Back Pain: An Updated Overview" at the "Advances in Allied Health Sciences" conference.

The session discussed the importance of intellectual property and its role in fostering innovation and a sustainable economy.
