The Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences and the Head of the Health in Disaster and Emergencies Research Center on the anniversary of the historical Bam earthquake honored and commemorated the victims of this unexpected accident.

Congratulations on make it through this very stressful semester despite all the challenges, anxieties and uncertainties. We completed the fall semester as plan. Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences announced psychiatrists and mental health and neuro-rehabilitation specialists of the university in addition to providing rehabilitation services, have contributed to preparation of national protocols for Covid-19 and care guidelines for the elderly to be implemented in medical centers across the country.

3 December 2020 is an International Day of Person with Disabilities (IDPD). The aim of naming this day is to promote public awareness about Disabilities issues, rights and limitations of People with Disabilities (PD) and to draw attention to the benefits of an inclusive and accessible society for all. PD should also be aware of his/her rights and be provided with some kind of conditions to enter the society and be a part of the world community.
