the cooperation agreement is between  the Department  of Education and Rehabilitation  Psychology and Department of Clinical and Health Psychology , University of Leipzig ,represented by Mrs.Prof.Dr.Evelin Witruk and Department of Health in Emergency and Disaster, University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences,Tehran, represanted by Mrs.Prof.Dr.Mohammad-Taghi Joghatayee.
