The University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences supports the uprising of students at universities in United States and Europe
In recent weeks, universities in America and Europe have witnessed nationwide protests by students and professors against the government's support for the Zionist regime in the war on Gaza.
Many students and faculty members have been detained as a result of the supportive and inhumane policies of the United States in support of the crimes of the detestable Zionist regime. Despite the news blackout, we have seen disturbing and inhumane images of violent police suppression of professors and students supporting Palestine.
These images clearly demonstrate the contradictory behavior of the US government, which on one hand presents itself as a beacon of freedom and civilization and advocates for human rights in other countries, but on the other hand, suppresses and threatens university professors and students for their humane support of the oppressed people.
The faculty, students, and staff of the University of Social Welfare & Rehabilitation Sciences condemn the crimes of the despicable Zionist regime and commend the humane and courageous stance of American and European university members in defense of the plight of the people of Gaza. The suppression of these professors and students by the police and the US government, which supports the crimes of the Zionist regime, is strongly condemned.
