Research

Research is the foundation for teaching and clinical practice in psychiatry department. Our academics and students are engaged in educational, research and therapy activities and run the 6 educational wards (including a subspecialty ward of child and adolescent psychiatry, and an emergency ward), one emergency clinic, 2 child and adolescent psychiatry clinics in Akhavan and Rofeideh centers, one adolescent and Geriatric clinic in Akhavan Center, and one addiction clinic in Kamrani Polyclinic.
